Your dentist will assess your teeth and bite to see what is achievable

Your dentist will assess your overall oral health to see if there are any issues to be addressed prior to commencing clear aligner treatment

Intraoral Scans

Your dentist will take a 3D scan of your teeth to record your starting point and to use for the generating of your treatment plan

Photographic Records

Your dentist will take detailed photos of your teeth and face to record your starting point and to use for the generating of your treatment plan

5

Record Submission

Your 3D scans and photos will be submitted to Angel Aligner to generate your treatment plan. This will take approximately 1 week

Review Treatment Plan

Yourself and your dentist will review your clear aligner plan from Angel Aligner

Your dentist will take you through the process of treatment and what results can be expected

Time and Cost Calculation

Your clear aligner plan will give you a more detailed idea of the timeline for treatment. Your clear aligner plan will include your final cost calculation for the treatment

Treatment Accepted & Aligners Ordered

If you are happy with your clear aligner plan, the plan will be accepted at this appointment with a 50% deposit made to order the aligners

Your dentist will finalise your plan and order your aligners so you can begin your clear aligner journey!

Ongoing Appointments: The Clear Aligner Process
The following appointments will be conducted through the course of your aligner treatment

Oral Health Rehabilitation

Any oral health issues present are addressed before the aligner treatment is commenced

Teeth Preparation:

You teeth will be prepared appropriately for the aligners

Attachments, which are small, tooth-colored fixtures that help your aligners work more precisely, may be applied

Polishing may be done between some teeth to create space in a minimally invasive process called IPR

Daily Aligner Wear

Your aligners are to be worn for the prescribed 22 hours a day for the treatment to be successful

Progress Appointments

The Dentist will check your progress every few weeks to ensure your teeth are moving as planned
